Adair County High School senior Braxton Smith signed Friday, March 18, to play baseball at Lindsey Wilson College in the fall. Witnessing Braxton’s intent to sign were his parents, Barry and Mindy Smith. ACHS head baseball coach Ryan McQueary and ACHS athletic director Brent Campbell are also pictured with Braxton.
“I am very proud of Braxton on his recent signing with Lindsey Wilson college to play baseball,” commented coach McQueary. “I am very confident that the Lindsey Wilson baseball program and Coach Utley are receiving a super young man who will be a great asset both on the field and in the classroom.
“Braxton has a great work ethic and a great attitude which will take him as far as he wants to go at the collegiate level,” McQueary added.
