Blake Martin Alumni Game set for July 16

The date is set and the participants have been finalized for the second-ever Blake Martin Memorial Alumni Game.

Martin was a 1,000-point scorer and two-time all-region performer during his career at ACHS, where he graduated in 2005. He passed away unexpectedly in December 2020 at 34 years old.

The game will be played July 16 at Adair County High School’s John Burr Memorial Gymnasium. Tipoff is set for 5 p.m. Proceeds from this year’s event will be donated in Martin’s name to local animal shelters. Tribe 44’s Clay Turner and Will Rich will draft the respective teams in the coming weeks from the following pool of players:
