On the morning of Thursday, April 14, the Columbia Police Department was called to the Adair Regional Jail after deputy jailers discovered suspected narcotics within a cell.
Upon arrival, officers observed suspected methamphetamine located within a drink top cap along with a syringe, which is believed to have been taken from the nurses station that is on hand for inmates’ insulin injections.
Bradley Graham, 36, of Columbia, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine as well as promoting contraband.
