Columbia Police arrest three on drug charges

Investigation and search near Adair-Russell line yields drugs, cash

Columbia Police Information Ofc. Adam Cravens has reported a major drug bust from Wednesday, May 18 near the Adair-Russell border. 

According to the report, The CPD and HIDTA Task Force Columbia Office—along with other agencies—executed a search warrant in the Millerfield community following a recent investigation. The search yielded methamphetamine, heroin, marijuana, mushrooms, and prescription pills, as well as an undisclosed sum of cash. 

Three people were arrested. Patrick Sisco, 36, of Casey County, and Logan Sprague, 33, of Russell County, were both charged with trafficking in a controlled substance. Laura Dunham, 38, also from Casey County, was charged with possession of a controlled substance. All three were lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
