On Wednesday night, July 13, Columbia Police Department officers responded to a complaint at a residence on Tutt Street.
Upon arrival, a female let officers inside and while on scene search yielded findings of suspected methamphetamine as well as various forms of drug paraphernalia.
Cindy Fox, 46, of Columbia was taken into custody and charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance methamphetamine, first offense, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia. She was booked into Adair County Regional Jail at 11:20 p.m.
Ofc. Justin Cross was the arresting officer. He was assisted on scene by Sgt. Evan Burton.
