It’s Saturday morning, ladies and gentlemen. Thanks for joining us once again, and for including The County Line with your weekend breakfast and coffee. We’re getting the day going just a little later than we would on a weekday, so hopefully folks can enjoy the extra rest.
We’re doing things a little bit differently today, kicking off the post with our birthday recognition. Imants Rizenbergs has been one of this site’s biggest supporters — offering kind messages of support or sending an email when he particularly likes a column — since our very first day back on Feb. 23, and we hope to shine a little bit of light back on him today. Imants, congrats on turning the big EIGHT-ZERO, and here’s to many more days and years celebrating with friends and family.
Let’s check in with the intern for today’s weather:
At 7:30 a.m., it’s currently 54 degrees at The County Line’s main office in Russell Springs. Reports from Columbia and Jamestown are 53 and 54 degrees, respectively. Expect a calm, cloudy one today, with a high in the mid- to upper-60s.
We hope all our readers enjoy the rest of their Easter weekend, and we’ll check back with you later today!
