It’s Monday: Let’s go

Downey Eye Clinic

Good morning and happy Monday, good people. Thanks for joining us again. We have no faux holidays to report, as our only option was National Weed Appreciation Day. We’re fairly certain this day was named after dandelion-type weeds, not that of the Cheech-and-Chong variety, but either way, we’ll pass on celebrating today – check back tomorrow.

In lieu of our regular today-is-whatever post, let’s just focus on getting the week started right and making it through this Monday. We have a lot to do this week!

Just before 7 a.m., it’s currently 27 degrees at The County Line’s Adair County branch in north Columbia, and the thermometer at company headquarters in Russell Springs shows 25 degrees. The high today is expected to top out around 50 degrees. Expect plenty of sunshine this morning, giving way to heavier cloud coverage as the day moves along.

We’re wishing big HAPPY BIRTHDAYs today to Natalie Curry and Casey Keltner. As always, readers are encouraged to send additions to our birthday and anniversary calendars. Email us at countyline@adair-russell.com to get your special dates added to the list!
