Juanita Day, 82, of Columbia, died Friday, July 8, 2022 at 8:31 p.m. at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville.
She was born in Gradyville on March 24, 1940, to the late Elbert and Ethel Parson Brock. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six brothers and three sisters; Clarence, Lawrence, Gilbert, Paul, James and Russell Brock, Annie Elmore, Hattie Moore and Maerene Shirley. She retired from Fruit of the Loom and was a member of Calvary Temple Church.

Her husband – David Day of Columbia
One daughter – Beverly (Ray) Smith of Campbellsville
Two sons – Gary (Julie) Day and Anthony (Ashley) Day all of Columbia
Two brothers – Arvis Brock of Mt. Washington and Lester Brock of Columbia
One sister – Wanda Mauk of Columbia
Four grandchildren – Chase Smith, Garret, Austin and Annamarie Day
Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
Funeral service – Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 1 p.m. at Calvary Temple Church, with Pastor Troy McWhorter officiating
Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery
Visitation after 4 p.m. Monday and after 6 a.m. Tuesday at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home and after 10 a.m. Tuesday at Calvary Temple
