The Adair County Extension Master Gardeners will be providing a gardening educational opportunity for children this summer through a series of three classes. Children will get their hands dirty as they learn about growing plants, soil, composting, and bugs! Classes will be held at the Adair County Extension Office, with each class beginning at 10 a.m. and each class will last two hours. Kids will have craft/project items to take home with them from each class.

Dates for program are as follows:

·       Tuesday, June 7

·       Tuesday, July 12

·       Tuesday, August 9

The classes are free to attend but registration is requested to help prepare for materials. To register, contact the Adair County Cooperative Extension Service at (270) 384-2317.  All youth ages are welcome to attend, accompanied by an adult.
