Good morning! You’ve made it through another week, ladies and gentlemen. It’s finally Friday — let’s celebrate.
This post is a short one today, as we follow up yesterday’s all-time high of five pseudo-holidays with nothing for today. No worries, the weekend is its own kind of holiday, so we’ll keep it moving.
Let’s check in with the intern for today’s weather:
At 6 a.m., it’s 41 degrees and still dark at The County Line headquarters. Intern correspondent at the Adair County branch reports that it’s an identical 41 degrees right outside the office in north Columbia. It’s currently cloudy across The County Line coverage area, with light rain reported in Jamestown. The high today is 46 degrees across Adair and Russell counties, and you might need an umbrella. Expect showers throughout the day.
We’re wishing a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY today to Nicole Turner. We hope it’s a great one, Nicole!
In case you’ve missed it, we’re running a free promotion this month to give one lucky reader free car washes for an entire year, courtesy of our friends at Splash Carwash.
